Inside Out? No. Outside In? No. Art Side Out? Yes!

Fall is the perfect season to wear your art on your sleeve.

So far, we’ve explored art through film and through hip hop culture. Now, let’s move on to an event that showcases all kinds of art and the best part? It’s organized by students like yourselves!

Put on together by the students of the University of Toronto Scarborough, ART SIDE OUT is a multidisciplinary Arts festival that runs from October 7th to October 8th. Taking place on the UTSC campus from 9am to Midnight both days, the festival is one you should definitely check out!

It’s important that you and your friends attend this one of a kind festival as it is a way to keep the arts alive and well. Through festivals such as this one, students are encouraged to exercise their creative muscles and showcase their work. And there is nothing like the appreciation and admiration of an audience!

In previous years, the students of UTSC have been very successful in turning their campus into a studio, gallery, and stage through the creative and beautiful photography, paintings, installations, sculptures and more. This is an event that will definitely get your creative juices flowing and rekindle your imagination!

Support your fellow students and discover (if you have never been) a side of UTSC you have never seen and for those of you who have been, re-visit the transformed campus and be a part of the festival once more!
