PWM originated to provide photography solutions to individuals interested in developing their work biographies and growing their small businesses. The primary aim of the initiative is to provide professional quality photo services at a fraction of the cost to help young and aspiring individuals fulfill their goals, without monetary obstacles.

More importantly, PWM is a social entrepreneurship venture that aims to help not-for-profit organizations in the community that require a strong support by providing its service(s) wherever possible. In some cases, PWM has even provided monetary assistance to worthy causes. Recently, PWM has partnered with Amnesty International and United Way to help out with events. PWM is able to fund not-for-profit activities through income generated through the for-profit branch. The income is directed primarily towards business development and not-for-profit activities. The future of PWM is to eventually partner with many other organizations as possible and help develop awareness through photography for their programs. The hope is to address social needs in a unique way.
